I started my consulting company Mevolution in 2008 after a number of years in various manufacturing companies. During this time I have held several leading positions in international companies, both in product and process development as well as IT.

For the past 20 years, I have worked almost exclusively with growth companies that in different ways want to grow their business both by developing and launching new products or move into new geographies. The industries have shifted in everything from advertising agencies to manufacturing companies and research companies.

The last 10 years have been a lot about IT services and the internet of things. Over the years, I have been involved in developing new products that have led to several patents in both manufacturing and IoT. A lot of work has been done in an international environment, which has taught me to both appreciate and respect different cultures. The size of companies has varied everything from large companies to companies with 3 employees who are just starting up
